Missouri Furniture, family owned since 1977, is looking for a self-motivated, professional, high energy, and fun Client Care Specialist to join our Team! We are one of the largest furniture retailers in the state, and still growing. Our broad selection appeals to all home furnishing styles and budgets, including furniture, appliances, mattresses, and hot tubs. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and are seeking positive energy, client focused professionals to grow with us!
Position Requirements:
* Ability to provide an excellent experience for our customers who call with questions or service inquiries
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and calmly handle multiple customers at one time
* Display high energy with a passion to succeed and to become a valued team member
* Embrace training and continually improve knowledge
* Self-motivated and strong Team player
* Strong computer skills are essential
* Proven customer service experience
* Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
* Ability to adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing work environment
* Available 40+ hours, some Saturdays may be required
* Working with one of the greatest teams in Mid-Missouri
